Please note the following
  1. If salt and water (brine) is used to produce chlorine, it will be 0.8% in strength
  2. If sea water (brine) is used to produce the chlorine, it will be 0.2% in strength.
  3. We cannot offer 5% or 15% strength chlorine with our equipment.
  4. These units are not certified to NSF61 standards. Hence, they are not certified for drinking water applications.

Characteristics of RN Systems

Features:

  • Direct replacement for pressurized chlorine gas
  • Allows continued use of current disinfection methods
  • Reduced or eliminate RMP requirement
  • Cell designed eliminate explosive H2 gas conditions
  • Very low maintenance and minimum operator intervention

Applications:

  • Portable water treatment
  • Mining
  • Wastewater treatment
  • Cooling water biocide
  • Pulp and paper production
  • Food processing
  • Odor and PH control

Parameters:

  • For brine based system, available chlorine concentration is 5000 PPM to 8000 PPM
  • For seawater system, available chlorine concentration is 3000 PPM maximum

Electrolyzer:

  • Vertical design eliminates H2 gas pockets
  • Water and brine are purified onboard to pure levels to optimize performance and eliminate cell maintenance (e.g. acid cleaning)

Construction:

  • Modular construction reduced installation and cost
  • All piping and valves are thermoplastic welded
  • Stainless steel and titanium fasteners

Hydrogen Safety:

  • Over striking the hydrogen pipe
  • Turning process in pipe
  • Support the frame in stage point

UN Series Generators

We also offer UN series NaOCl generators as shown below. UN series generators can be offered from UN-1KB to UN-50KB for brine systems and UN-1KS to UN-50KS for seawater systems. An example of UN-1.5KB is shown for reference.

Details of UN series systems:

  • Skid mounted design with removable caster wheels
  • On-board regenerative water softener
  • Brine metering pump
  • PLC controlled system
    • Displays and monitors the system Trends, History, Configuration, Maintenance, and Alarms
  • SCR controlled power supply

Specifications for the accessories are listed below:

  • Water and salt mixer: HDPE or FRP tank to store minimum of 1 weeks supply
  • Blower: Hydrogen air dilution blower, 120 VAC, 1 PH, 60 Hz
  • Water chiller: Recommended when water temperature exceeds 27°C
  • Water heater: Recommended when water temperature is below 18°C
  • Storage tank: HDXLPE or equivalent, one day storage size recommended
  • Ultrasonic level control: Inside storage tank for level sensing and start/stop functions.

Manufacturing and technical supports are offered in United States and China.
